I didn't change much except adding
Kashmiri chilli powder and cheese powder into the dough itself... that gave its characteristic colour and punch and the kids loved it a lot.
In a small bowl mix ginger garlic paste, coriander powder,
kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala powder with 1/4 cup water.
