I like to
keep a food diary to note any symptoms that may arise from certain foods, like how
eating gluten can make me feel bloated.
Easy to make and easy to
eat, these
gluten - free and grain - free scones are good enough to share with company, but you may want to

eat sprouted whole grains (

keep eating the wrong foods and getting sicker and fatter they will all profit.
