I
keep forgetting to make overnight oats the night before, but I'm eating something right now I think you would like: in a coffee grinder or mini (or regular)
food processor, combine 1 T (or less) of nuts of seeds of choice (I use pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts (2 - 3), sunflower seeds, walnuts, cashews, hemp) and blend for 30 secs until consistency is like coarse sand.
However when I started my major healing through my raw
food diet I
kept my fat intake much lower so
forgot all about coconut oil.
I really feel like they
keep the
food cold the longest and I love how i can throw them in washing machine on delicate (and sometimes not delicate bc i
forget haha!)
I
keep forgetting it's not fully secure and try and pick up the pram with it... Haven't tried the
food tray yet but fits great.
The organic
food movement eschews the use of artificial fertilizers, yet we can never
forget a simple fact; nitrogen fertilizers were made possible by the Haber - Bosch process, a method literally of turning air into bread, which by some estimates
kept a fifth of the world's population alive [4].
Just don't
forget that protein shakes are not meant to replace whole
food sources of protein, so
keep your diet in check as well for best results.
Think about
food for weight loss, and the first few that probably come to mind are juices, soups and salads, but what most people tend to
forget is that spices too, work wonderfully in helping
keep your weight in check.
And can I say that eating an apple before the meal helps digestion, I had a really bad digestion problem,
keeping my
food for hours (sometimes 6 + hours) in my stomach and I felt really uncomfortable, but since eating an apple before the meal (when I
forget soon after) I feel much better.
While using supplements, don't
forget to
keep an eye on your calcium level, calcium - containing
foods digest better before midday.
Don't
forget to
keep tracking your
food intake and activity level.
Keep a
food journal to monitor your intake and set a timer to remind you when to eat if you're liable to
forget.
Keep an accurate
food journal to pinpoint all these treats you may otherwise
forget.
