Frozen cherries from Costco are the BEST... I especially love
cherries in smoothies and my oatmeal as well... Overnight oats are the best i summer and they
keep me full until lunch as well, which I always love.
Fruits - I
keep frozen strawberries, peaches, mangos, pineapples and
cherries on hand as a backup but try to
keep the fruits fresh.
If you're eating more omega 3 - rich salmon,
keep a bag of
frozen Montmorency tart
cherries in your freezer to make a
cherry glaze to top the fish.
Let's go back to the
cherries... I like to use the
frozen cherries to muddle, because they seem to help
keep this cocktail frothy and cold.
