At home, I make a healthier
vegan version (see notes in recipe) and
keep it in a squirt bottle ready to drizzle lightly over tacos, fish, corn on the cob, nachos, enchiladas, and even over Brian's fish sticks — adding a burst of flavor!
We've
kept this dish
vegan but if you are not
vegan you probably don't have nutritional yeast
at home and in that case you can just grate vegetarian parmesan or pecorino instead.
I would love to try this with molasses if it is
at all posible, since as a newly vegetarian trying to go
vegan, I'm having trouble
keeping my iron levels ok.
Everyone in the family will love these
vegan and gluten - free blueberry muffins, so make them

During my journey on
vegan Candida diet I have learned that one of the most crucial aspects (
at least for me) of living Candida free is to
keep my blood sugar levels stable.
Oddly, though, I
kept at my 5 workouts / yoga classes a week, and eating gluten - free and
vegan, sticking to
at least one green smoothie or green juice a day.
I stopped using any chemicals on my face for a year after I was already
vegan (raw
vegan at the time), but my face just exploded with breakouts that
kept getting worse.
Perhaps other less meticulous vegetarian /
