There are plenty of frivolous claims around to
keep law bloggers busy if they want to write about them.

Here's one more reason for
law bloggers to
keep the faith: If you can crank out great content for over half a decade and grow your readership to a massive number of subscribers, you might be acquired by a public company.
My job here at LBW is mostly to
keep you all informed of what other
law bloggers are up to.
I'll leave it to the consumer electronics
bloggers to dig into all the other ways smart technology and automation can help save your firm money, but the lesson here — and with this entire post, really — is that solo attorneys should
keep their eyes and minds open when it comes to running their own
law firms.
But in many states the
law hasn't
kept pace with technology, so most shield
laws don't apply to
bloggers.
Writing this column takes me on an awesome roller - coaster ride every week through the numerous offerings of the talented mix of ALM affiliate
bloggers and gives me an excuse to track trends in the legal profession,
keep current on
law - related news and read a good share of the Supreme Court cases that issue each term.
