on hand, and you'll never feel guilty about indulging a pancake
craving.
Just a tiny square of my favorite dark chocolate bar can usually satisfy my
cravings for something sweet, which in turn
keeps me from compulsively making «Paleofied» desserts
on a regular basis.
However, good news
on the cinnamon — it's great for sugar
cravings and super flavoursome, so
keep adding to your morning bowl in abundance!
They're certainly not something you would want to eat
on a regular basis if your goal is weight loss, but
keep them in the freezer and pull one out when the
craving for something sweet will just not leave you alone.
It's my bfast every day and I absolutely believe it is 1) helping me
keep weight off, 2) curbing a TON of sugar
cravings, and 3) giving me some pretty good nutrition
on those days that for some reason I just don't eat great.
Eggs: Some days, I just really
crave a scrambled egg
on toast with a little cheese, so I try to
keep eggs in the fridge most of the time.
I love chips and could eat them all day long but as I am trying to
keep the weight off, I need to look for healthier alternatives to fulfill my
cravings... so, you can imagine my delight when I turned
on the TV and found someone raving
on...
They're also great to
keep on hand for munching, of course, or for any kind of cookie pie crust you might
crave.
SA is a massive fan of these espresso cheesecakes so I
keep a Ziploc bag of mini ones in the freezer for him to enjoy whenever he
craves something sweet (which happens a lot more then he would care to admit based
on the number of time I need to restock the bag).
Keep fresh fruit like tangerines, bananas, and apples that can nix sugar
cravings and provide you with a filling snack
on the go.
We
keep a tuna melt
on our menu at all times because it is just one of those classic sandwiches that we
crave.
The high fiber content
keeps cravings at bay while simultaneously fueling me up for anything the day may throw at me (like another morning to evening day watching 11 year - olds battle it out
on the baseball field).
I try and
keep some healthy, nutritious spread or dip
on hand in my kitchen that we can enjoy with multigrain chips or crackers when we
crave a snack.
These also freeze well so you can make a batch and
keep them
on hand for when a
craving strikes!
These came to be because my sisters Caroline and Amy
kept on expressing their
cravings for chocolate cupcakes over the Christmas holiday.

I think I'm going to need to

on hand all the time so that I can reach for them when I get a

Sugar
cravings are still a real issue for me so to
keep myself
on track I decided that if I was to eat dessert, I would have to make it myself with the cleanest ingredients I could muster.
Dark rum is
kept on hand for when the
craving for peaches / bananas / whatever fosters strikes.
I
keep the freezer stocked too with sliced + ripe frozen bananas (read more

on them straight from the freezer whenever the
craving hits (aka all the time).
You can find pumpkin puree (NOT PIE FILL) in the baking aisle and
keep a can
on hand for whenever you're having a
craving.

kept on hand at all times, making them perfect for parties, travel, potlucks, or simply when the
