Caring for a baby or young
child means thinking about the food you feed them, the time you spend reading, singing and playing games with them, and the things you
do to
keep them safe,

I know that as a
child gets older it's difficult to
keep them away from the things that are not
healthy for their growing bodies, but while they are too little to know a difference, it's our job as a parent to
