Mom can
share with friends, and brag
about how talented her child is in the kitchen, or
keep it all to herself, thinking
about you every time she indulges.
I wondered whether I should
share this here, whether I should
keep my thoughts and feelings to myself and tell you a happy story
about walking beneath autumn streaked trees instead of the reality of the tough conversations.
This flight is relatively short and mid-morning so I'm thinking
about making: a toasted PB+J with delicious forest berry jam I picked up last week and chunky, organic peanut butter from Sunridge Farms with a large frosty sparkling seltzer water to
keep me lively and hydrated, and a chocolate chip cookie (one for me, and a few to
share).
This all goes hand in hand with what
keeps me writing this blog — my love of talking
about food with other people,
sharing ideas, and ultimately inspiring someone to cook!
I also love selecting crystals that I
keep on my desk to fuel specific intentions — I
shared more
about it in this video.
I have 2 blogs (
[email protected]), which I
kept up on a weekly basis and my second blog (
[email protected]) which really inspired me to inform people
about the benefits of eating a whole, plant - based diet, while
sharing homemade family recipes which I modify to plant - based!
