This week I'm focusing on adding some additional running miles and
keeping my eating super clean.

I stopped
eating bread, pasta, chocolate, crisps (processed and junk food) immediately and have been
eating a
super healthy diet for over 3 months now,
eating fruit and porridge for my lunch everyday (weird but it
keeps me full and stops me snacking, work friends think i am
super strange having porridge for lunch but i love it, i have different toppings most days!)
So I wanted to share a simple recipe with you that is
super easy, delicious and will help
keep you on track of
eating healthy.
The bread
kept well in the car for the week and it was
super convenient being able to grab a slice of this out to
eat with some ham or almond butter while bush - walking or after a long swim at the beach.
Just
keep doing what you're doing, feeding her what you
eat and lovingly prepare - you're doing awesome:) PS it's
super fun raising kids that love real food - shopping in the produce department is such an adventure..
On the plus side, not only do dates help
keep baked goods
super sweet but they can also help relieve constipation, reduce blood pressure and have been shown to help improve labor if
eaten while pregnant!

I've had a hard time in the beginning because I was trying to watch what I
ate, and
keep things light not
super heavy.
So, one or two little homemade vegan protein breakfast bars in the morning will give you a boost of energy,
keep you satisfied for hours, will trick you into thinking you're
eating dessert, and are
super healthy.
We don't
eat a lot of meat and also
keep a kosher kitchen, so here are my go to's these days: three bean veggie chili (inspired by whole foods — GREAT leftover food); roast chicken (Ina's); stir fries with tofu or chicken (
super into cabbage and you can get it to taste like moo shoo with the proper sauces); roasted brussel sprouts with barley, cranberries, walnuts, and some goat cheese depending on who you are; grilled chicken (breasts... I know they're not your thing).
I think it's great to make a batch and
keep frozen, and when a craving calls you can remove a couple and
eat in a few minutes right after;) I could not imagine a better treat that's convenient, delicious and actually
super healthy;) I hope it works out better for you next time!!
I also liked these because they weren't
super sweet, so don't trigger me wanting to
keep eating them.
I love
keeping my apples in the fridge so they're
super cold when I
eat them.
They are
super easy to make,
keep well and can be frozen and then
eaten straight from the freezer.
However, it seems to whisk in moisture
super fast, so you need to
keep it separated until ready to
eat.
In order to control mess, candy portions, germs, and also to
keep goodies organized, each guest received a labeled paper plate with cupcakes (three — one to
eat at the party, two to hopefully share at home), a rainbow frosting bag, and little condiment cups filled with candy (these looked
super cute and also prevented candy overload and germ infestation... WIN).
The bowl is really big, which will be
super useful when my baby is
eating bigger portions, right now it's just helpful to
keep her hands away from the food, which is way down deep in the bowl.
Or are we gonna primarily be more on a keto or gonna crank the fats
super high, 70 - 80 %,
keep the vegetables as the majority of our carbohydrates and primarily
eat, you know, moderate to lower protein and food?
But you need to
eat salad with every single meal and you need to
keep super careful track of your carbs.
The
Super Greens
keep my system regular and I don't have to worry about
eating my vegetables.
Just like with avoiding excessive snacking, it is
super important to
keep regular mealtimes in mind when you are planning your day to avoid
eating on the run.
I
keep trail mix (make it myself —
super easy) with me and
eat it at will.
dinner — i don't get
super hungry at night +
eating nutrient dense food
kept me much fuller, so it was a small meal — sometimes prosciutto wrapped asparagus, or little spinach and beef / pork meatloafs, turkey burger patty w green salsa & veg - loaded guac, blackberries & pancetta, squash soup...
If you are already
eating a
super clean diet, and have seen no improvements, perhaps it's time to think about your gut... could you have a gut infection that is
keeping your immune system confused?
I'm
keeping it
super basic, so if you're new to
eating keto please use this as a starting point and
keep doing research.

Many fields are
SUPER ageist, to
keep working, as I must, I am taking jobs from younger people... I really don't need to
eat.
