I made this loaf a few years ago when I was experimenting
with milk kefir.
You can just blend some raw

kefir with a few egg yolks and natural sweetener like raw honey — it's kind of like easy ice cream!
The production all starts

Kefir is a fermented food that is a viscous, acidic, mildly alcoholic
milk beverage produced by fermentation of
milk with a particular grain in Middle and Eastern Europe it is easily digested and provides beneficial microorganisms that contribute to a healthy immune system.
This should be perfect
with the
Kefir since the «cheese» is not cooked — allowing my raw
milk Kefir to live up to its full potential.
To cover my kombucha,
milk kefir and yogurt jars while fermenting I use an unbleached coffee filter held on
with a covered elastic ponytail holder which works great!
Topped
with The Greek Gods
Kefir Honey Probiotic
Milk (CoYo or Soy Yogurt for vegan options), Blueberriess, Chia Seeds, Hemp, Buckwheat, Almond Butter, Dehydrated Coconut Water and Cacao Nibs.
For those reasons and more, I will continue growing and consuming my own
milk kefir with no plan to ever stop.
I make my green smoothies
with Kefir milk.

I don't do well
with yogurt or
kefir so I use coconut
milk instead.

with TJ's red enchilada sauce, Redwood Hill Farm's goat's

You could try making
kefir with the boxed almond
milk from the store, but I have no idea how that would work either.
Whether it's Whole
Milk Kefir in Plain, Strawberry or Blueberry varieties, or you prefer the Low Fat Blueberry Pomegranate Acai or Plain varieties, these guys are great
with low FODMAP fruit and granola, taking star of the show in any recipe, from muffins to smoothies to savory sauces!
In fact, maybe next time I'll make it
with goat's
milk kefir.
Can I make water
kefir with kefir grains that I use to make

milk kefir, but have a hard time keeping up
with it, so I let it ferment slowly in the fridge.

If you can't get raw
milk, you can make the mayo
with the same amount of
kefir water or
milk.
Raw cow's
milk is full of naturally occurring beneficial Lactic Acid Bacteria and when that bacteria is supported
with a warm environment it will ferment the
milk creating something similar to a cross between yogurt and
kefir.

with kefir, it's a fermented

milk and letting it ferment at room temperature for about a day.
To be honest, I haven't been totally impressed
with their
milks though I have not tried the
kefir or creamer.

I started making
kefir with organic whole cow
milk, but then tried it
with goat
milk, and found that it thrived much better in the goat
milk.
Have you ever tried to make coconut
milk kefir — fermented coconut
milk with regular
milk grains?
