kefir out of coconut water, or plain water!
I make my own
kefir out of coconut milk.
Fortunately, I love coconut even more and have recently begun experimenting with ways to make delicious and probiotic rich
kefir out of coconut milk instead of dairy milk.
Not exact matches
Some prefer to omit all
of the sugar, and those drinking
coconut water
kefir for a candida cleanse should leave it
out, but we recommend using 25 % sugar for the best flavor.
We used our whole milk
coconut kefir for our probiotic parfait pops, but feel free to swap it
out for any
of your favorite
kefir flavors.
But you can also use (i) regular cow's milk (or goats milk), (ii) another non-dairy milk like almond, cashew or oat milk, (iii)
coconut water or (iv) try using 1/2 — 1 cup
of natural yoghurt or
kefir (a fermented milk drink) and thinning
out with water, as required.
