We stuffed our pitas with
the keftas and taziki and ate the zucchini on the side.
Add
the keftas to the mixture and cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
These keftas are then added to a reduced vegetable sauce.
The sauce should be very thick and should be served over
the keftas.
Split the honey kale between two plates and top with preferred amount of tahini dressing and
kefta.
Prepare
the kefta by combining the lamb, onion, mint, ras el hanout, cayenne pepper and cilantro in a bowl.
Carefully add
the kefta, several at a time, and poach them for approximately 10 minutes.
