"kegel" refers to a type of exercise which helps to strengthen the muscles in the pelvic area. These exercises are often done by squeezing and releasing the muscles that control urine flow. They can be helpful for both men and women in improving bladder control, supporting reproductive health, and enhancing sexual pleasure.

kegel sequence for the second workout, as I like to keep these reps to 8 - 10 per day to prevent over-fatiguing your pelvic floor.
