"Kelp granules" refers to tiny particles made from dried and ground-up seaweed called kelp.

The fishy filet is made from mashed up pan-fried chickpeas, artichoke, brown rice, chickpea flour whilst Old Bay seasoning and

Place all of the sauce ingredients (milk, cashews, granulated onion and garlic, white pepper, and
kelp granules, if using) into a blender, and set aside for at least 15 minutes (so the cashews can soften).
Hi Sandi, if you want a fishy taste, then you'll like
the kelp granules; they are quite strong.
A few cashews blended in add richness instead of cream and butter, and if you want a seafood flavor, simply add
some kelp granules.
