this keto diet challenge journey on April 1st, I thought that I'd try it for a month and see how it goes.

I started this
challenge on April 1st to see if the
keto diet would be an effective weight loss tool for a 50 - something year old woman with a history of hypothyroidism.
Well, since the start of the 90 - Day
Challenge, I have been transitioning my family onto a healthier, low - carb
diet and working them toward
keto, too.
I'd like to include a
keto and AIP - friendly
diet plan which will be quite
challenging but will be allergy - free!
Since Indian staples are rich in carbs, getting used to a
keto diet can pose as
challenging initially.
As you may know, most fiber - rich foods are in fact high in carbohydrates, which makes it
challenging for those eating a low - carb
diet (like
keto diet is) to consume enough fiber.
This opportunity rekindled her interest in the
keto diet and she enjoys the
challenge of creating and tweaking recipes to make them ketogenic.
This eventually makes it
challenging to make
keto diet a part of your lifestyle.
I know it can be
challenging to follow a healthy
keto diet without spending hours cooking.
So, I came to the blog, and just want to try the 4 weeks
challenge, because although a moderate LCHF
diet (even
keto) has been great for me, I really enjoy eating this way, I found it amazing learning that we can fell even better if we respect and learn from our body as females.
