for, as you continue i would definitely agree that coconut oil is AMAZING on ketogenic diets as is leucine — i would also agree that a ketogenic diet is not the best is one is trying to bulk up... however — yes, coconut oil will allow
ketone bodies to show up in the urine evn when we are eating carbs, but that is only
because coconut oil is metabolised in such a way as to provide a very quick source of
energy,

because it is actually putting us into a ketogenic state ourselves!
