You can tell whether or not you are in ketosis by monitoring your blood
ketones levels with a ketone meter with various devices.
The only way to be sure is by testing your blood glucose and
ketone levels with a monitor (we like the Precision Xtra, available on amazon.com for $ 40).
You can do this by testing
your ketone levels with a urine stick or a blood glucose meter.
There would seem physiologically to be a difference in energy regulation bt say me eating moderate carbs and elevating
ketone levels with coconut oil vs. me on VL carbs with the same ketone level.
But there is no one size fits all approach to any diet so use those percentages as a starting point and keep an eye on

levels are on a daily basis.

The
level of
ketones doesn't always appear to correlate
with seizure control.
