Ok, first thing is first, before we get into the Ketogenic
diet and alcohol's effect on
ketosis; that is most western cultures drink far
too much.
Keto is not a high protein
diet and if you eat
too much protein, you'll find that you struggle to get into
ketosis or can't stay there.
