kettleball lifting, calisthenics, and strongman exercises are all part of a normal workout.
Any natural motion a Primal man might have made, from crushing animal thigh bones with a rock for the marrow, to hoisting up a prey's carcass for transport, can be simulated with
a kettleball.
I am sure that the squatting group ate much better than
the kettleball group because of: expericence!!
The kettleball group mostly consisted of untrained people.

the kettleball & dumbells are good to workout with sp if you have space in ur Gym.
Keep
a kettleball or a set of dumbbells at your desk so you can build lean muscle mass throughout the day, such as during those marathon conference calls.
