key food crops in Africa and South Asia may be much worse than previously estimated — with reductions of up to 40 per cent by the 2080s — according to a study, which synthesised results from related studies published over the last 20 years.
The herbicide is currently used on about 90 percent of
key food crops grown in the U.S.

Recent studies have separately warned that high levels of carbon dioxide, or CO ₂, make
crops less nutritious for reasons that are not totally clear, and put shellfish and other
