kids have been wanting to
see Boss Baby ever since they
saw the first
trailer.
I can tell that
kids who loved Star Wars were very excited when they
saw the
trailer for the sequel to come out in 1980, for the adults idk maybe nerd boners idk.
I absolutely
kid you not, if you
seen the
trailers, then you've already
seen the Rhino in action and how the movie ends.
The result is what we've
seen only in
trailer form, but it promises to be a moody, unusual take on the legacy, with a decided contemporary tone: there were unhappy murmurs from fans when the early clips showed Pa Kent (Kevin Costner) suggesting that not rescuing a bus full of drowning
kids would be the best option.
I thought Vantage Point looked like a pretty decent thriller from the
trailer - quite refreshing to
see actors of a certain vintage in a film like this, rather than a bunch of
kids - but reviews suggest my enthusiasm was possibly misplaced (I'll get to make my own mind up soon enough).
If you've
seen the
trailer you've
seen almost every single «joke» that is present over the course of this movie, barring the aforementioned boner chair incident, and I guess the four or five dozen times that Johnson totally rips Efron by calling him absolutely hilarious and totally culturally relevant nicknames like «New
Kids on the Block» and «* NSYNC».

Hot on the heels of yesterday's new
trailer for Daddy's Home 2, which
sees parents visiting their grown up
kids for the holidays to silly comedic results, this year's other Christmas comedy has debuted a
trailer, but with much raunchier laughs.
We can
see something similar to this happen in the
trailer with the police vehicle on fire besides the
kid.
I'll watch this and have my own opinion Im sure, but I was wondering when I
saw the
trailer if this would have the same heart as lets say «the Champ» (with the down on his luck dad and the
kid who believed in him) or perhaps «Requiem for a heavy weight»... Rocky is the obvious comparison but I feel the other two films I mentioned carry a lot more heart and emotion... The fact that people either LOVED it or HATED it is a good sign in my opinion, and thank you guys for posting both sides!
As we've
seen briefly in the
trailers, the motivation for Deadpool wanting to protect this
kid seems to stem from the desire he and Vanessa have to eventually have a
kid of their own.
Look closely at the
trailer and you'll
see a doghouse on fire with the words «PREPARE TO MEET THY GOD» scrawled on the rocks nearby, as well as a religious play and mini-church that the two
kids can be
seen exiting at the end of the clip.
The
kid has been shown plenty of times before, with the glowing hands depicted in the previous
trailer tipping off his power, but this is the first time we've actually
seen him use his mutant abilities.
I actually expected more of a
kid film here, considering its rating and
trailer, but I would suggest not letting young
kids see it as it takes a violent turn towards the end that was completely unexpected.
After
seeing the
trailers, I went to the movie expecting the sort of Jules Verne - type gadgetry that used to amaze me as
kid.
We can
see Spy
Kids star Daryl Sabara playing a fictionalized version of Edgar Rice Burroughs at the beginning of the
trailer (apparently the story is told as if Carter is a relative of Burroughs).

saw on television has to be good.
