I've been in
kind of a chocolate banana phase lately, so I was in the middle of making a chocolate banana bread when the idea hit me that the crunchy topping from the pound cake would be awesome when added to chocolate banana bread to make Banana Chocolate Cinnamon Bread.

It occurred to me as I reviewed the ingredients in these fabulously moreish
banana almond
chocolate chip oat bars that even if you aren't a breastfeeding mum (or a mum
of any
kind), they would make a pretty tasty and healthful breakfast bar.
I mix all
kinds of stuff into oatmeal: usually apples,
bananas, cinnamon and cardamon are my baseline, i've also thrown in goji berries, sunflower seeds — but have not yet tried
chocolate - looking forward to that!
6 cups nondairy milk, water or tea 1
banana (raw or frozen) handful
of raw nuts (I love Brazil nuts in here but any
kind will do) 3 tablespoons raw
chocolate powder 2 tablespoons coconut oil 2 tablespoons hemp seeds 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon maca powder 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (a bit more if you have a sweet tooth, but not too much!)

kind of vanilla / white
chocolate muffin, and a
banana walnut
chocolate chip by replacing the cocoa powder with Primal Fuel Vanilla and using yellow squash to keep the color.
