abdominal exercises and hundreds
of reps
of crunches, leg lifts, and torso twists in the hopes
of «spot - reducing» your belly and love handles.
Getting a flat stomach is not about what
kinds of machines or tools you use, but the quality and the quantity
of the
abdominal exercises, what your diet is and how often you do cardio.
Teaser and roll over are part
of this
exercise, as is the
kind of abdominal muscle control that you call on in
exercises such as rolling like a ball, where you hold a shape and affect your roll from the breathing and
abdominal control.
