As of late I have been a little obsessed with
all kinds of breakfast foods and it is probably the fastest growing section of my blog.

Even though creamy green curry cauliflower soup is far from a
breakfast food, seeing any
kind of food pretty much makes me ravenous these days.
I see no reason that lean ground beef should just be a spaghetti - taco - burger dinner
kind of thing, especially taking into account that eating a higher protein
breakfast fills you up and keeps you from binging out on unhealthy snack
foods later.
I take a tortilla shell made by
Food for Life, or a
kind of flatbread (Nicole's recipe with tapioca flour) and my local Subway makes my
breakfast sub on my shell or flatbread.
These
breakfast sandwiches are made with little chickpea flour «egg» patties, so they're
kind of like a vegan version
of breakfast sandwiches you might get at some fast
food establishments that we shall not name.
A lot
of our hotels came with continental
breakfasts but you never know what
kinds of food they will have and some
of them had barely any fruit so I was glad I stocked up on fruit and juices!

I'm the
kind of person who starts thinking about lunch while loading the dishwasher with my
breakfast bowl; the
kind whose NYC tour when family and friends come to town consists
of a string
of food shops and restaurants, with a bit
of walking in between (true story: The first time he came to visit, my dad had to remind me that he was also interested in the Statue

kind of person who's skipping meals because you love to diet and you're trying to minimize your
food intake and calories, then there's a good chance that you might be skipping
breakfast and / or eating a small lunch.

food products, artificial sweeteners lurk in all
kinds of commonly consumed products such as, sugar - free gum, diet sodas,
breakfast cereals, baby
food and even the most popular brands
of yogurt.
Well, just so you know, I thought I'd — you know we always, typically, start our day talking about
food and

I guess if you forgot to eat any
