There's a lot
of things that go into it, which we don't even always 100 percent know the answer to but we
kind of guess based on the
feedback that we have from our audience.
So it doesn't take a lot, even if you're a small company, to find some way to solicit
feedback from either a large group
of your customers through an email campaign with a SurveyMonkey link or even just
kind of talking to customers on a regular basis over the fourth quarter to get some
feedback.
