I love

What we know is that they use acai
green tea, coconut milk, freeze - dried strawberries and some

This video along with some others seems to say that eating any
kind of protein, not just animal protein, blocks absorption

green tea and that doesn't cause those sleep disturbances that caffeine can cause, but know that based on this recent research if you're doing caffeine or you're having a big cup
of coffee in the afternoon, that can stay with you for up to 6 hrs so really interesting and I thought that was
kind of a cool little test just to see how long it took for caffeine to stay in your system and actually still disrupt sleep.
