meal accomplished 2 things I previously thought impossible: 1) make my 3 year old voluntarily eat vegetables (he ate every different
kind, amazing) 2) make both my children eat a «mixed - up» casserole.
I like pasta in any form or shape so I may try this recipe next week,
because I have a weekend full

of me, and I think that I will need this

The menu is pretty small, which I usually find is a good thing,

And you know ultimately once you've been doing this for a little while, you
kind of know how you feel when you're using these ketones
because you're able to go a longer occurrence at time between
meals and you feel really mentally sharp.
Generally speaking I don't skip
meals because, regardless
of hunger, I know I'll need those calories (I think I mentioned I do two - a-day workouts), and I don't want the
kind of hunger reaction I was talking about in the e-mail.
I'm asking
because I really like the sound
of this combination, but am worried about packing weight with those
kind of meals (if one would eat them regularly).
It's
kind of a funny time to be so promiscuous with my
meals,
