Some may have been traveling with migraines, or nausea, or some other
kind of pain worsened by having to listen to screaming that went on and on and on.
And this we'll see with a lot
of brain fog, memory loss, difficulty concentrating, there'll be a lot
of weight gain, especially around the abdomen, and people will experience a lot
of inflammatory symptoms, so that's when we'll see joint
pain and muscle aches and, potentially,
worsening of depression as cortisol can
kind of motivate us and get us going, because, if you think about it, when we're in a state
of fight, flight or freeze, that's an action - oriented state, once our body stops responding to that, we enter this
kind of burnout and exhaustive phase.
Depression causes changes in the brain, which lead to all
kinds of physical issues including persistent aches and
pains, increased risk
of heart attack, lower immunity, insomnia, and can
worsen existing medical conditions.
