I use two different
kinds of flour because I found that the texture of the doughnuts was much better with a bit of starch.

I think I was a little too careful not to incorporate too much
flour during the kneading,
because the dough was a little on the soft side and the braid
kind of melted together more than I would have liked.

of my own blanched almond
flour because I read that you don't like Red mill
kind and that is all we have.
