milk but not with vanilla and I was always jealous

kind... I also have a problem with regular
milk and I have also tried to put other
nut milks in my coffee and I have to say it's one
of the worst things one can experience in the morning... Now I'm using lactose free
milk which heats up well and my coffee tastes delicious.
I also went with a much simpler way
of adapting, subbing flax eggs and
nut milk, whereas before I was engaging in all
kinds of kitchen shenanigans involving vegan yogurt and fancy flours.
They have three different
kinds of house made
nut milks (I got the matcha latte with almond
milk which was steamed to a pillowy perfection), zucchini noodle pad thai, chia pudding, raw bagels, etc..

A typical full day
of eating for me looks like: Breakfast: Spinach, Mushroom, Onion and Tomato Frittata... sometimes with bacon or homemade sausage Iced Coffee with coconut
milk Lunch (this is usually my largest meal
of the day): 4 - 5 ounces
of protein (turkey burger, pulled pork, chicken thighs, ground buffalo), roasted veggies and sometimes a sweet potato or butternut squash Snack: apple with almond butter or a handful
of macadamia
nuts Dinner: A large salad with all
kinds of raw veggies (cucumber, celery, carrots, cauliflower), avocado or olives, usually a lighter protein like grilled chicken breast, salmon or shrimp This would represent a full menu... I would say I hit this about 4 - 5 days a week, other days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal, if i do that though I would add a bit
of protein with it.

But the oatmeal would also taste wonderful in a bowl
of fresh
milk or Greek yoghurt topped with
nut butter and all
kinds of fruit.

milk will be fine too!
Overnight oats are basically rolled oats swirled together in a mason jar with any
kind of dairy - free
milk, plus any extra goodness you feel like adding (chia seeds, berries,
nuts, cinnamon, cacao powder,
nut butter etc.).
You can easily make them
nut - free by using a different
kind of milk and a different flour for the crumb topping.

kind — with sliced banana, dates, chopped
nuts, some
kind of non-dairy

milk, real butter, real cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, fat - marbled meat, eggs,
nuts of all
kinds, cheeses, fruits, veggies, and whole grain pastas and breads is far more likely to help you lose weight and maintain a healthy weight for life.

Where it tends to get tricky is what I have to remove...... no legumes (beans), nightshades (think tomatoes, peppers),
nuts, seeds, spices from seeds like cumin & black pepper, dairy, eggs, grains, alcohol (which I haven't had since November anyways), chocolate, and preservatives
of any
kind (holy moly is it hard to find coconut
milk without guar gum).
After many months
of research and testing various
kinds of nuts and seeds, the author has produced excellent recipes in replacing cow's
milk for human consumption.
