I remained picky through high school, when I invented a white
pizza with broccoli and two
kinds of cheese at my favorite local pizzeria.
1) 330g
of pizza bread flour (the
kind that already come
with yeast in it) 2) 320 ml
of warm water 3) 1 teaspoon
of table salt 4) 1/3 teaspoon
of sugar 5) 20g
of melted butter 6) 1 small onion 7) 1 clove
of garlic
I love using the two ingredient dough in all
kinds of recipes — from classic
pizzas to not - so - classic
pizzas to getting creative
with flatbreads.

of all
kinds including spaghetti and linguini,
pizza, pita bread, flat bread, and tortillas) and wild rice.
It's
kind of gummy, doughy, and provides the «rising» property to things like
pizza dough (when it interacts
with yeast).
Most
of the taste buds in this country have been programmed to enjoy certain foods, especially the denatured ones,
with their liquid counterparts, like coffee and a donut,
pizza and an ice cold cola, or cookies and a nice tall glass
of milk (unfortunately the wrong
kind of milk!).
Not only is it one
of the best cities in the world, but it also resides in a state filled
with warm,
kind, and wonderful people (along
