culture of power; children from other
kinds of families operate within perfectly wonderful and viable
cultures but not
cultures that carry the codes or rules
of power.

Culture roles have attracted great teachers across the country, producing strong recruiting results for
schools of all

And it seems, for whatever reason, very hard to get the public to understand that charter
schools are not a single entity with one
kind of culture or philosophy; they vary and, as with everything else in existence, produce both good and bad outcomes.
Twenty - five years isn't a long time relative to the history
of public and private

I don't think it has to be that complicated, particularly since there is substantial research showing that short - and - simple classroom lessons and a relationship - oriented
school culture can help students want to develop these
kinds of skills.
