As I mentioned in my last post on my new kitchen wall sconces, I've been finalizing decisions and basically just waiting for my one new cabinet to arrive which will signal the actual beginning of my kitchen ideas coming to life!

I've seen other posts that suggest a filler, but if you had success covering the grain with Kilz and a good quality paint, then I'm feeling better about this «painting my kitchen cabinets» idea.

I am a fan of yours - not only did you inspire by floating shelves below my kitchen cabinets, I also used this post to create kitchen countertops!

As for the kitchen cabinets, I hope to get a blog post completed on kitchen cabinets soon:)

We're also moving next year, and I think the dark kitchen will not appeal to buyers, so after seeing this post, I'm all set to update my kitchen cabinets.
