I recently had the great privilege of
touring the Park Slope, Brooklyn home
kitchen of Dan Kluger, the executive chef of Core: Club.I was
so curious to find out what a «real» chef's
kitchen looks like.
Now that you have the general idea of the new
kitchen plan, I thought today we would take a little
tour around the rest of the main living areas (just the entry / living / dining for now)
so you can see where I think doors and walls could be opened wider or removed.
So far, we've completed the
kitchen, dining room and living room, which I'm excited to give you a
tour of today!
Their
kitchen remodel was
so successful that it inspired their participation in the 2016 home
tour.
I thought it might be a fun change even for the summer since the chairs are
so light and airy,
so I brought them back in and put the trellis wingback in the
kitchen (sorry, I forgot to take a pic of it in the
kitchen in time for this
tour, but I think it looks cute there!).
