responsible breeders who actually care about what they're doing.

millers and
responsible breeders who are as careful with the placement of their pups and
kittens, because their goal isn't that all dogs and cats should have safe, loving homes; their goal is that domestic dogs and cats should not exist.
Responsible breeders will «retire» their females used for breeding at a young age, but farmers of
kitten mills will continue to breed their cats at ages of six to ten years or older.

responsible for the alarming rate of cats and dogs being born for sale by greedy breeders.
While many breeders are
responsible and ethical in their breeding programs, and extremely careful to whom they sell their animals; the puppy and
kitten mills greatly add to the problem of the pet overpopulation.
