My advice is to start each morning with a 5
km walk so a lot of your walking is already done for the day:) And then try to do as much walking as you can throughout the day.

What's easy about getting into your car... heading back inside because you forgot your gate key... getting back into the car... adjusting EVERYTHING because your husband drove last... avoiding mass duck / chicken populations on the drive down the driveway... heading out the gate, driving 50
km to the city... taking the dogs for a
walk for at least 30 minutes in the city because you can't leave them at home because they eat the furniture... leave the dogs in the car HOPING that you
walked them enough
so they don't eat the car.

so here's what I do: I

Km * 1h and 22/28 mins * 4 days a week and I do low empact cardio with no jumping in my home and a HIIT from what you suggested in another post, I do the cardio and the HIIT each on separate days, one day a week, and I do leg resistance training 2 days a week separated by upper body resistance training 2 days also

march 30th i weighed in, 89.6 kg, body fat 39.6, bmi 31, exercise is 5
km walk / jog in atleast 4 days in a week, i try to watch my food intake but not
so successful cos most days i exceed 1200 kcal intake that i ought to since my height is 5.6.
The total distance of trails is up to 6
km for the upper and lower falls, but the upper falls are close to the parking lot,
so you will see one of the most scenic parts after just a short 10 min
walk in.
We were slightly unlucky on our trip, the weather was not
so good, it was stormy and rainy and the worst thing was, I had injured my foot badly 5 days before travelling to New Zealand
