My fondest memories are truly those of my mom regularly (weekly) mixing, proofing,

My favorite

baking about 20 loaves of
bread at a time with my dad... We had a huge
bread bowl that we had to put on the floor to

Now I think that I have to organize other such tea / coffee pauses... Today I redo the no -
knead bread but I wanted to combine with other
baking when heating the pot so the muffins were perfect for this!

Hi, I had heard of no -
knead bread for a while, even tried something that was close to it but didn't really succeed (I had no pot at the time, so I just used a
baking sheet on the oven tray and an oven - proof bowl of water — didn't turn out as expected, my dough was too wet but we ate it anyway, it was not too bad just flat).
I'm going to buy one, but I think the
bread look kind of rough, may be because you do nt
knead them before
baking them.

I let that rise for approx 1 1/2 hours, then split it into two loaves when it has doubled in size, and
knead the air out of the
bread, then preheat my oven to 450 and put my pans in the oven for 30 minutes, and
bake as you instructed 30 minutes covered, 15 uncovered.
I
bake my
bread using an 80 minute setting that allows for 20 minutes of
kneading, 18 minutes of rise, and 42 minutes of
baking.
I've
baked other no -
knead breads — including ones that you can keep dough in the fridge for up to two weeks before you
bake it!

One bowl, no
kneading, no resting time, you just throw all of the ingredients together, mix, place on a
baking sheet in the oven, and 20 minutes later you have a delicious loaf of
bread.
If you want to stay in the
bread -
baking world for a while then I would highly recommend to get a food processor with
kneading capability.
Hello, I tried
baking this
bread and I was unable to
knead it into anything that would stay together.
Especially when it means that we don't have to settle for dry, stale, store - bought
baked goods, or a batter
bread pretending to be a
kneaded, deliciously chewy artisan loaf.
it was fun when I first
baked from it, but I find myself reaching out for other
bread books that calls for
