Hi Jacy, Unfortunately, Gluten free bread doesn't behave like regular breadso, it doesn't need to be kneaded & it is much heavier than regular bread (but not dense).
However, traditional bread making is quite time consuming, so it's nice to have the machine mixes, kneads and rests the dough for you.
