No lawyer with half a brain plugs electronic evidence into his or her own computer and pokes around because, by now, most lawyers
know about metadata, and appreciate that they can alter evidence simply by browsing it.
I should think that law firms should at least know whether their printers are marking up documents with invisible characters, in the same way that they should
know about the metadata that Word and other word processors embed in a document.

about data, or in this case your book — is associated with a single book title, so the likelihood that you're going to omit something is really high unless you're working with someone who

know about your book before they place their order and after.
Subject: If you absolutely have no clue what the subject is all
about like we did at first, type in the
metadata keywords you
know and the subjects will appear as you type.
No one
knows what your book is
about better than you, and your book
metadata is how your book is described to the world.
Google, for example, is working on parsing text, images, and video to
know what they are
about without reference to formal
metadata.
These days, it's not uncommon for self - published authors to
know more
about metadata and how to market a work than publishers do.
