know, people may hear — hear this and think oh kill, kill, kill, but eventually we're strengthening us, too, as the host and so that's why you and I, you
know, maybe we take an extra day off or we go spend some more time in nature because that's the stuff that's going to heal you in the long term.

Anyway, it should be an additional stimulus not to drop the activity / sport you like just because some bozo who
knows nothing

know much about The Lancet, but from what I've seen of the few studies I looked at, The Lancet does not seem to be a good source of valid
nutrition information.

about nutrition, but I learned a few surprising new things from Abel that I had never even considered, like the fact that boiling sweet potatoes lowers their glycemic index
much more than baking them does.

So truth be told, we still don't
know as
much as we should
about canine
nutrition.

nutrition put on by Iams and purina while they are in school — they
know about as
much regarding
nutrition as your family doctor does.You have to use books, etc to research what is a good formula for home food and, I firmly believe, rotate ingredients regularly!
Proper
nutrition is the foundation of your cat's health, and you can never
know too
much about it.
