I certainly don't
know of any atheist organizations that came anywhere close to what Mother Teresa accomplished, walking out of her convent with nothing to build over 500 schools and hospitals.
I don't
know of any atheist preaching that their invisible all powerful god will send people to hell to be tortured forever if they don't believe what they believe.
I know of no atheist that lives their life based «solely on math and logic».
I know of no atheist who would make a knowledge claim with respect to the existence of god, and perhaps we can agree that the few religious folk who claim to «know» that their god exists probably just «strongly believe».
I don't
know of any atheists who feel this way or think that they can bring about world peace or any such nonsense.
I knew some of you atheists in college and you pretty are all alike.
Not exact matches
It takes the position that the existence
of code proves design in living things, and the
atheist position is not scientific because every single code we do
know the origin
of is designed.
Perhaps there is * someone * * somewhere * who thinks that, but I would say that generally
atheists think that we don't
know (yet, if ever) what the cause for the existence
of the universe is - but that a «god did it» is not the default answer.

know nothing
of your personal situation, but I have met many
atheists who were once believers, some great tragedy struck them and they feel that God didn't act.
But in the real world, I think
atheists and people
of varying faiths probably work together on various things for the good
of mankind — often not really
knowing fully about each others» beliefs, yet still accomplishing good things together.
The definition
of someone as being an
atheist does not mean that they
KNOW there it not a god.

know many there are many people that practice religion just by fanaticism, I've seen many people in my opinion stupid (excuse the word) praying to saints hopping to solve their problems by repeating pre-made sentences over and over, but there are others different, I don't think Religion and Science need to be opposites, I believe in God, I'm Catholic and I have many reasons to believe in him, I don't think however that we should pray instead

atheists would say that we simply don't have enough data to

know a lot
of anti-Christian
atheists who are unreasonable and irrational and treat atheism as though it were a religion.

atheist, and I
know I can't speak for all
of us out there, but here are my thoughts.

know people who are not affiliated with any religion (agnostic, not
atheist) that are far more humane in action than any number
of «religious» people.
This goes both ways a ** hole, difference is I don't
know of anyone that has done mass murder in the name

The government, the Supreme Court actually, you
know, the one made up

atheists and agnostics I
know lost faith simply because
of The Church's behavior and proceedings, not because
of the spirituality or the message behind it.

I've been doing this long enough to
know that when an
atheist asks you to answer a lot
of questions, if you miss one in the explanation, they go all crazy saying, «see how dishonest the Christians are?»
Its all nice and fun to pretend that perhaps a meteor strike caused life to begin but you still fail to tell me who created that meteor, who created everything that was needed for life to exist... really... that had to
of been a start to it all somewhere and I would love to see an
atheist stumble on explaining only «what they claim to
know» while refusing to believe what they don't

Bringing up emotional discussions specifically about something as silly as some guy rounding up two
