Pyrs, horses and donkeys — I've seen bad conditions but this place was one of the worst, just unbelievable what people do or think - this guy just drove away left all these animals — some in stalls some chained, no food, no water — it was finally a neighbor that call authorities - for some of these animals the call came way to late.
