In recent months I have reduced my training to every other day and have worked up from just walking for 2weeks to training only for 20 mins, I'm currently at 40 mins, my resting heart rate is in the mid 40's and I use a heart rate monitor every morning to measure my heart rate variability which is always green, I've been taking and
adrenal complex, a multi vitamin, magnesium, zinc, omega oils, vit D, my sleep is improving and I'm not
as fatigued through the day, my hot flashes are subsiding, I would really love some more support and advice on how to recover 100 % if it's possible and to
know if you offer any sort of individual recovery programme?!
