know what you think about the ethical side of being vegan / vegetarian because personally I think you SHOULD restrict yourself
from eating
animal products, considering the pain and suffering an
animal has had to go through unecessarily for you to eat them.

animal products in your diet or not being able to absorb it
from the food you eat also
