The remaining examples are mostly named after astronomers, the best known are probably Barnard's Star (which has the highest
known proper motion of any star and is thus notable even though it is far too faint to be seen with the naked eye), Kapteyn's Star and recently Tabby's Star.
Massari and the team from the Kapteyn Institute are looking forward to extending their sample of stars outside the Milky Way with
known proper motion after the new Gaia data release early next year.

However, measuring the movement in the plane of the sky, what is
known as the
proper motion, is much more difficult.
We identified two high
proper motion objects with the very red (W1 - W2) colors characteristic of T dwarfs, one being the
known T7.5 dwarf GJ 570D.
We identify PSO J060.3200 +25.9644 (near - infrared spectral type L1) and PSO J077.1033 +24.3809 (L2) as new members of Taurus based on their VL - G gravity classifications, the consistency of their photometry and
proper motions with previously
known Taurus objects, and the low probability of contamination by field objects.
Based on
knowing these common
proper motions and radial velocities, Alpha Centauri will continue to gradually brighten, passing just north of the Southern Cross or Crux, before moving northwest and up towards the present celestial equator and away from the galactic plane.
The distances of individual stars in a moving group may be determined if their radial velocities and
proper motions are
known (see below Stellar
motions) and if the exact position of the radiant is determined.
Trying to lift weights that you
know you're not capable to lift with
proper form will limit your range of
motion, decrease the effectiveness of the exercise and increase your risk of injury.
In that context, we can differentiate between positive failure — the point when you can
no longer perform another rep with
proper form and full range of
motion and negative, or total failure — the point when after a few forced reps, you can't even lower the weight without assistance from a spotter anymore.
You probably won't be able to complete 50 consecutive reps with
proper form and full range of
motion, but that's Ok — take as many short breaks as you need but make sure you hit 50 reps with full range of
motion and a hard squeezing contraction at the top,
no matter what.
The most common examples are positive failure, which happens when you've reached failure right before hitting the top part of the
motion and thereby can
no longer perform another rep with
proper form without a spotter's assistance, and negative failure or total failure, which refers to failing in the bottom part of the
motion.
