have known exactly how many steps I took, how many
calories I burned, etc..

Ok, we all
know that in order to burn fat like crazy you
have to eat a clean diet and be really active, but usually, in order to stick to a low -
calorie, healthy diet (boring!)
In fact, did you
know they
have approximately the same amount of protein as chicken or beef, yet half the
calories?
But, I'm feeling generous this week, and also in need of a treat, and yes, I
know so - called
calorie - watching on top of my other aches and pains sounds an insult to, well, you
know, but if I can't exercise for so many weeks, something is going to
have to give.
Baked goods are seriously my biggest weakness as far as

Pecans and vanilla extract add all the flavors you

Obviously, I
've known this for years now, but freezing low
calorie creamer and making it into a milkshake??? OMG.
The food industry
knows that they can't just randomly switch up the
calories on everything without serious questioning from
calorie - conscious buyers who
have memorized or can research the typical amount of
calories in a product.
I hate doing this because who really wants to
know, but that recipe (using real ice cream)
has 388
calories, 15 grams of fat, and 47 grams of sugar per serving.
