The FDA appropriately requires food and drugs to be
accurately labeled for ingredients and side effects, yet there are few requirements and no enforcement that schools or districts share academic performance with community or families.
I can clean up my beauty routine by reading
the labels for ingredients and choosing the more natural, healthier products.
If you are choosing canned and frozen foods, remain aware that these foods will contain additives, and please do check
the labels for the ingredients, and for the product expiry date.
If so, check
the label for ingredient «X» - THAT ingredient is the REAL reason you're building muscle, not protein!
Just like when we purchase our food, we check
the label for the ingredients and its qualities.
