Fresh fruit would be a great accompaniment; as the beauty of labne (or
labneh as it is also written) is that is can be enjoyed in both sweet and savoury dishes.

This is how I was first introduced to yogurt cheese, otherwise know
as Labaneh (also spelled
Labneh).
It is easier if you have cheesecloth, but for the
labneh pictured I used a thin tea towel and it worked just
as well, with a little extra squeezing.
