such as goal posts or basketball rings which have structural or other design or
maintenance problems.
I think even with the
lack of maintenance knowledge it was my «driving» the car that kept it in
such great running order.
Exclusions
such as this are meant to protect insurance companies from damage that results from a
lack of maintenance on the part
of the homeowner.
In spite
of repair services set up by the providers,
lack of maintenance,
such as tire inflation and chain oiling, remains an issue; perhaps the repair services are too busy responding to vandalism to manage the basics.
